Buyers and Attendees List for WooCommerce
Show who’s attending or who bought — without slowing down your product pages.
Buyers and Attendees List displays a customizable attendee list for any WooCommerce product, with async (AJAX) rendering, caching, optional DataTables search/sort, and HPOS compatibility.
Tested up to: WordPress 7.1, WooCommerce 11
Overview
Buyers and Attendees List lets you display a list of customers who have purchased a specific WooCommerce product—perfect for events, member meetups, classes, and ticket-style products.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does this plugin do?
It displays a list of customers who purchased a product—commonly used to show “Who’s coming” on event-style product pages.
How do I display the list?
Use the shortcode:
- Primary: [buyers_attendees_list]
- Alias (back-compat): [event_attendees_table]
- You can also pass a specific product ID: [buyers_attendees_list id="123"]
Can it automatically show on product pages?
Yes. There’s a setting to auto-insert the attendee list below the single product summary. You can also limit auto-insert to specific product categories.
Will this slow down product pages?
By default, no—because the plugin uses async (AJAX) rendering, meaning the product page loads first and the attendee list fills in after. It also uses caching to reduce repeat database work. For very large attendee counts, enabling DataTables and using async mode is the best combo.
What order statuses count as an attendee?
You can select which WooCommerce order statuses qualify (defaults include processing and completed). Only orders in the selected statuses are included.
Can I require users to be logged in to see the list?
Yes. Enable Require login in settings, and logged-out visitors will see a login message instead of the list.
What attendee fields can I show or hide?
You can toggle:
- Avatar
- Full display name
- First name / last name
- Username
- Email address
- Purchase date
You can also choose whether the attendee name links to their author/profile page.
Does it work with WooCommerce HPOS (Custom Order Tables)?
Yes. It declares HPOS compatibility and uses WooCommerce’s lookup tables when available, with fallbacks if needed.
Where does DataTables come from?
If enabled, DataTables assets are loaded from a CDN and only enqueued when the list is displayed. You can disable DataTables in settings to keep output simple.
Does it support guest checkout attendees?
The list is based on WooCommerce customer IDs. If guests don’t have an associated customer ID, they may not appear as attendees. (Most event/member sites solve this by requiring accounts/login at purchase.)
Can I customize the look?
Yes. The plugin includes styling controls (colors, font size) using CSS variables, so it matches most themes cleanly without custom template work.
Does it store attendee data somewhere else?
No. It reads from WooCommerce order/customer data and outputs the list. It also caches rendered output for performance, and clears caches when orders change.
How does licensing work?
Licensed builds include a Licensing tab under WooCommerce → Settings → Attendees List. Until a valid license is activated, the list output may show a license notice instead of rendering.
